As an authorised agent for Bernhardt Furniture, we manage the entire ordering process on your behalf, ensuring a seamless experience from factory to final destination. Bernhardt Furniture only work with authorised trade dealers and do not supply directly to the public.

Delivery process
All furniture is made to order. We work with select logistics and transport companies across the globe so that we can ship worldwide. International deliveries are usually threshold only, however premium deliveries can be arranged in some instances on request. Shipping is arranged on a quotation basis depending on destination and service required.

UK Deliveries
We co-ordinate with transport companies across the UK using our trusted specialised carriers. If you do have a preferred receiving company, we are happy to co-ordinate directly with them.

United States

Delivery and shipping fees are charged separately from the product price. We will obtain competitive delivery quotations tailored to your project. Available services include:

Lead Times
All made to order items have an 8-12 week lead time for production from the date of order. If this lead time is shorter, we will be in touch to let you know that your goods will be with you earlier than expected. As our delivery options are pre-booked with you, you are kept in the loop with all delivery times.

Payment terms:
50% Deposit will be required at the time of order. The remaining 50% balance will be due prior to delivery. There is a 24-hour window to amend or cancel any order following confirmation.

All furniture is bespoke and made to order. We operate a no-returns policy. We do however offer an excellent warranty service.
Do you deliver items separately?
We will usually deliver all together when the made to order items are ready.
Can my order be left in the garden/porch/shed?
No. All deliveries must be accepted in person, checked over for any possible damage in transit and signed for.

Do I have put the furniture together?
Most large furniture will arrive fully assembled.
Some pieces (such as dining tables or beds) may require minimal assembly, typically attaching legs or positioning components.
If you select a white glove delivery service, the delivery team will assemble and position the furniture for you and remove all packaging.
We strongly recommend professional installation for larger or more complex items.

Is there anything I need to know before ordering?
Remember to check that packaged goods will fit through all entryways on the way to its destination. It is your responsibility to check over packaging and your items whilst the delivery team is there, so you can be happy that they have arrived without damage.
